Hi! My name is Deysi, and I’m returning to Athena Montessori Academy as a Floater. I’m from Mexico and hold a degree in Social Studies and Law. I discovered my passion for working with children while working at summer camps in the United States during college, where I also met my husband. I now live in Austin with my husband and our Cavalier Spaniel, April.

I have experience in Montessori education and value its focus on independence, respect, and curiosity. I’m excited to return in 2026 and look forward to a great year of learning and growth!
