Jeffrey Levin (He/They)

My name is Jeffrey Levin. I’ve been working in childcare for over 15 years. Every moment with children brings me an immense sense of joy. Their imaginations, perspectives, and thirst for knowledge are always inspiring. I’m so beyond grateful to be able to explore the depths of growth and understanding with them.

In the early years, I taught chess to K-8th graders. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to teach in elementary schools, preschools, and at home daycares.

I grew up in Chicago, lived in San Francisco for a couple years, spent several years in Portland, and a few years ago, I relocated here to Austin. When I’m not in the classroom, I like to spend my time playing music, reading, exploring vegan and gluten free restaurants around town, and lounging with my cat Spaghetti.

I’m delighted to meet all of you, and get to know your children. There are few sounds more beautiful than a child’s laughter. Glad to be part of such a wonderful community of like-minded individuals.
