Hailey Webster (She/Her)

Hello, everyone!

My name is Hailey Webster, and I grew up in North Austin. My passion for early childhood

education began in high school, when I was in a program called PALS. This program gave me the opportunity to visit elementary schools and provide support to children who needed it. I have always known that helping and guiding others was the path for me, which led me to Texas State, where I majored in Psychology with a minor in Sociology.

After graduation, I knew early childhood education was the place for me, as I had spent two years working with children on the autism spectrum on their school readiness. Seeing the creativity and joy that children have is what led me to Montessori, because it allows children to interact organically with the natural world and set their own pace.

Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with friends and hiking. I also love going to concerts, baking, and reading.
