Hello Athena Families!
I am very pleased to be joining the Athena family this year!
After three years of teaching art at Miss Joan’s Kidstar Performing Arts Camp and getting to know a few of the wonderful families and staff members who create such a nurturing environment at Athena, I am very happy to be a part of the academy.
Besides teaching at Kidstar this past summer, I also worked as an intern for the education and exhibition programs at Austin Museum of Art and taught art at a local community center. These experiences solidified my desire to work with children and administration. I’m looking forward to developing my knowledge and skills in understanding children and organizing a school.
In my spare time, I enjoy creating artwork, playing viola, and bicycling.
